Although I imagine that a lot of birds dying would be notable due to them and amphibians being considered "early warnings" of sorts for big climate changes, due to their somewhat delicate natures. Could either be people who want to point out weather phenomena that does not bode well, or people just wanting to make a meta-creepypasta.
