Well, I mean, it's a dumb question, but I never really understood it. Since Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving, and Thanksgiving is only in the United States and Canada, do other countries around the world have a Black Friday on the same day as us? I'm sure there is, but I never quite understood that.
I think Black Friday is the last Friday before christmas in the UK
Is that where all the shops have really cheap sales and everyone goes crazy?

Yeah, pretty much lol
And where poor minimum wage workers get trampled by crazy fuck americans.
Not as I know of in Norway.
No.
Not in France.
I only know what black friday is because of Chuck. I don't think we have it in the UK.
In Canada we call it "Boxing Day" and it's on December 26th

We have that too but there is also a sale day before christmas
The first UK guy is talking crap. We have late night shopping, and obviously the Christmas deals get the best and busiest the week before Christmas itself.
Amazon have started a Black Friday deals thing this week, but it's not celebrated by any other store that I know of, and I've never known anyone to celebrate it.
there is no Black Friday here in Canada.

Okay maybe it isn't called Black Friday but I've seen there's always one day before christmas where everywhere seems really busy.

Canada has a different Thanksgiving than the United States, for the record.

Didn't mean to come across as a dick..
Christmas Eve is the busiest shopping day of the year, and the week of Christmas is the busiest shopping week... But nothing to do with a holiday :)
no black friday in the uk that I know of

I get minimum wage because I'm not finished with school. Hurf Durf.
And for most people it's because the economy is shit or they can't get a good paying job because you need an astronomically high degree from some prestigious school.

Ah, I just assumed because I did a Wikipedia on Thanksgiving to see who all was involved. :P
Black Friday once a week in Africa.
Haha, no.
But, yes, in Canada, we just call it Boxing day.
In Canada, Black Friday is the day after Christmas, which is dubbed "Boxing Day".
Some places every Friday is black Friday. Like Africa.
