How can I get microsoft sam back in Windows 7 pro?

I've had 7 for a week and I absolutely loathe and detest Microsoft Anna. How do I get Sam back? I checked the wikipedia page on TTS voices and it said that they can be installed with third party programs but I couldn't find anything of the sort after I googled around a bit. Am I just stuck with this shitty voice now? :saddowns:
Might I ask why you need Sam that damn bad?

1.) Download a Commodore 64 Emulator.
2.) Download the S.A.M. program. (S.A.M. = Synthetic Animated Mouth)
3.) Enjoy Commodore S.A.M. (Microsoft stole S.A.M. after Commodore Computers went bankrupt) :argh:
So if you want S.A.M. back, at least use the original. :patriot:

Huh, seems the speech redist has now been removed from MS Download Center. Ah well.
I like Cepstral's "Lawrence" voice. It sounds so human, you sometimes forget it's a synthetic voice!!!
