I guess, since your Proc is using the AM2+ socket. And that those both seems to be good for AM2+ in the ASUS line.
Isn't the first mobo for laptops?
The 2nd one is kinda cheap and I've heard dies easily.

The first one is not for laptop? I don't get where you found that, but it's a deskop ATX mobo.
I'm so stupid, sorry I was looking at some thing else. But thank you for the suggestions. I will probably buy the first one.
