Someone told me they had 'dislxa' and the only thing I could get out of that was Dyslexia, he said I shouldn't judge him the way he types because he has 'dislxa'.
Is this a valid reason to type like this:
i cnt gt der wer do i go?
Dyslexia makes people read letters differently or just disables them from being able to read clearly.
You shouldn't judge him or else you're a retard.
People don't always want what they get.

No, that's not what Dyslexia is, he's just an idiot.

But they can see images fine?
I have lexdiysia too.
Don't some people have to use different coloured glasses to read with because of it?
I wasn't judging him, I asked him to type properly. My question is, is Dyslexia a valid reason to type like a half-wit? LIKE a half-wit, which means they type like an idiot, but aren't an idiot.
Dyslexia is a learning disorder that manifests itself as a difficulty with reading, spelling and in some cases mathematics.
It is separate and distinct from reading difficulties resulting from other causes, such as a non-neurological deficiency with vision or hearing, or from poor or inadequate reading instruction
I have a dyslexic friend, he can't read or write propperly. But he can do sums in his head REALLY fast.
Tis cool.
Could we get back to the question at hand?
I have a friend with dyslexia and his writing isn't even that bad. Sure, they'res the odd spelling mistake here and there but he doesn't write as though he was six.
To judge someone just because of a problem with the way that they read and write is just purely ignorant and retarded.
Welcome to facepunch.
Oh you're a regular, you should be use to those two words by now. I am. >.>
I have a friend with dyslexia, he can read and write it just takes him a while. He complains when I play games with subtitles on. :v:

I don't have a friend with dyslexia, but I think I have like some weird from of numeral dyslexia, but only in my head. I cannot visualize mathematic or number problems in my head, or it will take ages, but If I can write it down and look at it I'm fine...
This is probably not close to any form of dyslexia at all and I'll be called stupid for saying so but it's the most similar thing I can think of to it, so...

I suck ass with math period... Which is funny, because everyone else in my family are really good at it. But I'm the best at English out of everyone else.

I see what you did there. :colbert:
Einstein was lysdexic.
Dyslexia covers a broad range of minor mental disabilities, related to but by no means limited to grammar and sometimes maths.
This is coming from someone who is officially diagnosed, paid for by my University.
I have dyspraxia.
