I live in Canada and bought a friend (Who lives in the USA) Minecraft. To pay me back, he went to the store and bought me a $15 iTunes card.
No idea what I can do with it, do you think I can contact apple to see if I can get a canadian code?

I have tried the code, it doesn't accept it.
As for selling on ebay... It's a last resort.
I don't know much about iTunes but is there a difference between the American and Canadian version?
If there is you should download the American one and try the code.
If not, Ebay seems to be the only solution.
Contact apple about it, they have the money already, they'd probably just give you a code with the currency conversion already taken into account.
