No, it didn't. You could move around objects and build walls and stuff but houses and buildings? The Wasteland system was very restricted but did what it needed to do. This is for buildings.

Looks more like the mod (which was made years ago) for ArmA2 made by someone who now works for BI.

I can already see it: someone makes a rust mod for his friends and himself and suddenly boom everyone wants it and the dayz circle repeats, arma 3 is going to be flooded by rust servers an some dude makes it rust standalone.
