I'm starting to get a serious problem with my graphics card (?) (pictures)

Alright, so I was browsing Facepunch earlier and my graphics drivers crashed. Again. This problem has been going on for about a week after I installed the card, but pretty rarely. Now it's happening more and more often. I don't know what could be causing it other than faulty card and drivers, because it never goes over 80c in games.

This is a severe instance of what happened while I was browsing the WoT thread.
About 25% of these crashes have been recoverable, where the graphics drivers restart, etc, but a large majority of the time it is completely frozen and does nothing, requiring a restart.
I'm waiting for the RMA to be approved right now, but if anyone else had this and has info, that'd be great.
I have a 560 Ti FPB, and CX600 600w PSU that I installed, before problems began a week after.
It's inside a Dell XPS 8000 (long story). i5 750 / 6 gb ram.
Graphics drivers are the current nVidia release (285.62). Contacted EVGA support about this, and like I said I'm waiting for the RMA to be approved as support just told me "yeah you should probably file an RMA with us"

Also, a large amount of the time it occurs while I am NOT in a game (however it has crashed a few times while in game, but all of them have been recoverable and recovered pretty quickly. The ones that aren't in game are the ones that have been restarts.
I just checked the power and mobo connections, doesn't seem to be it. I'll be getting some compressed air to get any dust I might've missed out soon.
It's probably the card, some connection somewhere broke. In which case the best option is to RMA. This could also be a symptom of overheating, so make sure the fan is clear and the heatsinks are clear of dust as well. Do you have a custom fan profile that is perhaps setting the fan too slow?
I'm in the process of RMAing.
I do not have a custom fan setting, it is on Auto.
Like I said, I'm doubtful to believe it's overheating but you know, maybe even 75c max is too hot.
What are your temperatures, usually?
Highest I've seen EVGA Precision tell me has been 79 but that's pretty rare
Usually around 70-77c (and even then 75+ is rare)
which is surprising because the case it's in would seem like it would overheat in a heartbeat
OK so it turns out the fan doesn't autochange it's speed unless EVGAP is open.
That might help actually cause it stays at 30% unless changed
There is more stuff that can overheat then just the core.
GPUZ usually provides a nice list of all the sensors.
I'll take a look at that too; it stopped for a bit but it just started to happen again.
Now it's happening increasingly often with each passing day.
Happened 10 times last night but most of them recovered shortly and only 3 had to restart.
RMA the card, it's faulty
I'm working on getting it RMA'd right now.
I'll try rolling back to 275.33 again but I don't know if that'll work.
In addition, a FUCKLOAD of people with 560 Tis seem to be having this problem.
Okay, so that didn't work.
People are also saying lowering the clock helps. Mine came stock at 850 MHz. So I'm going to lower it to 800.

The higher it's clocked, the hotter the card gets. The people who say under clocking helps may be correct, but it's only a temporary fix.
What I'm going to assume is the PCB is heating up, expanding and causing some connection to break. It's a physical problem with the card, so the only permanent fix is to get it returned.
In the mean time, see if you can jack up the fans to 100% with Riva tuner and as you said, underclock. Good luck with getting it all sorted, sounds like a hassle
So far it's been fine with the underclock.
Still no word on the RMA. odd.
What card did you get?
I ordered a 560 ti

Hopefuly it doesnt have this problem too...
Who did you order from?
I ordered this:

however I have heard that a lot of people with the msi one get the issue too.
Hope you get an RMA - newegg is pretty good about that kind of stuff
Have to contact EVGA.
Though it's a driver issue.
