• Running cmd as trusted installer

So right now I am trying to handle a couple files within the system32 directory on one of my windows 7 testbeds, and I am struggling with a few of these applications, saying I don't have enough premissions to continue. It turns out users, even when under the Administrators group, do not have proper ownership to change or delete these files. Turns out the owner is TrustedInstaller. So to elevate my user, I have attempted using Pstools (available on sysinternals) and elevating command to run as the system user. Still no gain in removing these files. Now my last stand is either nuke out trustedinstaller, or elevate command prompt to have these much needed premissions.
