Hello, I'm gonna make this simple. I play games in 1600x1200, but I don't want fraps to record with a quality that good, is there a way to lower it down to something like 1024x768?
Edit: Excuse my huge misstake writing "skype" instead of fraps in the topic... I just noticed.
No not really, you'll have to either play at the desired resolution or re-size the video.
What are you doing with the footage? While editing it having a larger resolution does you no harm.
Fraps has a half-resolution recording option but if it works like I think it does the video will have an undesirable effect to it.
In fraps you can tell it to record in half size iirc.
