As the title suggests, I'm looking for a last check over on my sub $300 USD build. And yes, I know there is no graphics card; I will be using what is integrated on the motherboard.

Also, will the integrated graphics support the latest DirectX and Shadermodel stuff? This won't be a gaming build, obviously, but I still need that support.

You're not going to need 4 gigs of RAM if you're not going to be using it for gaming. You'd only need 2. I'd invest more into HD space. Why the hell only 80 gigs? You'd run out in about a week.

This build isn't a conventional build. The computer will not be used as a regular computer would. The will be used to run some specific applications that may be somewhat RAM and CPU intensive, but not relianant on the graphics chip. What I need is for people to tell me whether everything will be 100% compatible and ready to go out of the box, and if there are cheaper parts with the same specifications.

Also, what?
Get athlon II 240 instead cause it is cheaper.

One more thing. What about a case?

I already have a case, optical drive, OS, screen, keyboard, and mouse.
