Well, there's like nothing else to do, so at least 2-3 times a day, though I've been cutting back to see what happens
On average once a day or so.

I have no idea what either of those are.
It usually varies, depending on what kind of week it's been. Some days my drive drives me to do it twice daily, other days I'm not really feeling it. But it's still pretty regular overall.

Between working most of the day, girlfriend or family usually being home (bedroom in bad spot) or friends wanting to hang out I only do it 4 or 5 times a month, but daily for 2 or 3 days in succession.
Usually once a day, sometimes if I'm especially "amped" it can hit 3 times a day.

You can prepare your masturbation earlier (halfway through) and then consume the other half and reaching the whole thing later, should you have time constraints
