Ok so I got a 32" Toshiba TV. There are 2 problems, One of them is that the Resolution has to be 1768X 992 at 1080i. If it is at 1920x1080 everything will be off the screen, I also cannot make the 1768x992 at 1080P there is no option if it was at 1080p I would be able to make it go up to 120Hz. I have tried custom resolution in the Nvidia Control panel but nothing works even at 991 it is off screen. I also have a 21" LG monitor and it works fine at 60Hz. Here are my specs : Motherboard: ASrock Extreme 4 Generation 3 Z68 Graphic cards: 2 EVGA 560Tis Superclocked in SLI mode. Processor: i7 2700K @ 3.50GHz PSU: Corsair 850W 80+ Gold RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600MHz HDD: 1 Terabyte Hitachi Hitachi SSD: 160GB 320 intel series If you guys could help I would be very thankful!

Get the control, hit RATIO, mess with it, all of sudden stuff will be in the correct places. A better solution is the underscan/overscan settings, and I'm not really sure how to do it on nvidia's card, but should be pretty straightforward, just open Nvidia Control panel (CCC for ATi, dunno 'bout yours) and give it a search.
I had a similar problem with my TV in which the screen would not fit into the TV. I managed to get it working by disabling the TV in the GPU control panel, then selecting whether I want it to be cloned or continued (mistranslation possible, my panel is in finnish) and THEN activating the TV and applying changes.
120hz in TVs = 60hz in monitors (i.e. it's not really 120hz)
120hz in TVs = 60hz in monitors (i.e. it's not really 120hz)
Unless it's a 3d monitor, then it needs to be at least 120Hz. Well, that's what I've been told.
