My computer recently got fucked over by some dickhead virus and until today I haven't been arsed to do anything about it. The HD is not partitioned. I've gone into BIOS and changed the boot device priority so from top to bottom it's the dvd drive, floppy disk and then the HD, but it still boots from the HD regardless. How do I fix this bullshit?

Fuck me, I'm an idiot, the reason it didn't start is because I didn't have the windows disc in the drive. I will probably still need help though.

Right, I tried formatting Disk 0 Partition 1 (There's also the system reserve which is 100mb) via the installation screen. It seemed like it was about to do something but then it just sat there doing fuck all. So I started reinstalling windows anyway.
