Fn music control keys - Can I make them use iTunes?

My laptop's keyboard has a set of additional commands that can be used with the Function key. The arrow keys have been set to pause, play, and skip songs on a music playing program. My problem is that pressing these keys opens up Windows Media Player, and I want it to use iTunes. Looking this up elsewhere has only given me the controls for music when iTunes is open, but I want to use these keys so I can pause music without moving my mouse.

Any ideas on how to change the default music player for these keys?

That would have to be done inside your drivers.

I've installed it bt it doesn't seem to be cooperating, even though people said that it works less than a month ago
