alright guys i was on the verge of buying a new prebuilt when i thought that i maybe could do better by building one. trouble is i dont really know how good each of the seperate parts are. ive got about £400 to spend on just the computer, ive got all the other stuff, but it also needs an OS. heres the prebuilt i was going to get: http://www.palicomp.co.uk/pc-base-units/core-i3-i5-blast-base-units/core-i3-blast-530/prod_239.html and here is the selection of parts i selected on ebuyer: http://orders.ebuyer.com/customer/shopping/index.html?action=c2hvd2NhcnQ%3D the only thought i had was that for about £10 total less from ebuyer, i could include a 'proper' graphics card. this wont be a gaming computer, ill maybe play trackmania and crossfire so i dont need mega graphics. thanks.

What is your monitor resolution? I'll whip something up for ya.
Hey falco the build you posted in the other thread would be perfect for this. got myself this monitor: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/158382 threw this together earlier. any thoughts on it? this will be my first homebuild. i dont need a massive hard drive or for it to be super quick but id like it to be pretty future proof. thats why i tried to squeeze in an intel core i3. or have i done it completely wrong?
4350, Arctic Power PSU no
The 4650 beats the 4350 by what, 8x? The one taipan referenced would be perfect, could even go for a 4670 if you wanted for a bit more. An i3 being future proof? Not even an i7 980 is considered future proof. You want future proof then go to the future, and grab something from then.
Hey falco the build you posted in the other thread would be perfect for this. [editline]11:25PM[/editline] 390£
I agree.
