So I recently got a new laptop and want to be able to use my speaker system on it, despite it not having the proper inputs. I recently discovered my sound card lets me configure what each audio jack does. One is either a Line In, Mic, or Rear Speaker jack. The next is Front or Headphones, and the third is Headphones or "Center/LFE". So Facepunch, can you help me figure out which connections to use? If it matters I have the Logitech G51 system.
Set them to, Rear, Front and Center/LFE.
Plus the Green cable from the G51 into the Front, then Orange/Yellow into Center and Black into Rear.
EDIT : I think those colours are correct.
