This weird thing started happening about a year ago when I was running. For some reason I get a lot of extra saliva in my mouth when exercising basically. It happens about 50% of the time I work out. Any ideas on what it is and how to get rid of it? Sometimes it gets the point where I feel like stopping. The feeling is similar to brushing your teeth or drinking water after drinking orange juice in the morning.
Um... swallow it?
Hell no. That makes me very nauseous.

Also you better snip before gaybows.
This happened one time to me before when I worked out. When I spat my saliva was sorta foamy
Swallow it. I can't stand people spitting in the street, it's disgusting.
I think I know what the OP is talking about. When I do any form of physical activity for a prolonged period of time, specifically with running, my spit turns from a regular consistency to a disgusting sort of sticky viscosity. And when I swallow it I feel dizzy.
I think it may correlate to dehydration. I'm not sure.

I say that because I've seen people run and spit on the side into the grass and it looks as if their saliva was absolutely normal, yet when I do it it's a gigantic sticky string. And I'm not very hydrated.
Or it could be because I'm fat. vOv
Spit it in a bush, or on grass
