Those laws apply to all kinds of genitalia. The "thin lines" are the illustrator taking advantage of the loose wording of the laws and censoring as little of it as they possibly can, as opposed to censoring the entire damn thing.
So in that case the artist is trying to be generous.
BTW I like the idea of this being a thread for badly drawn porn, there's enough threads for the regular stuff.
