That's the only real part of my rig I need to upgrade, so, I ask you, Facepunch Rig Builders, what's a good graphics card I can get for approximately a hundred bucks? It doesn't need to be the best in the world and it can be a little over 100, but my budget is a little tight. Anny suggestions for a noobish-upgrader?
What's your power supply?
Specs?
Speccy produces this:

As I understand it my CPU kind of sucks too but I'm working on that.
You can't find the power supply specs in Speccy, do you by any chance know which model it is?
I don't happen to know it offhand, sorry. Any way I can find out without opening the computer up?
just open it and look at the sticker on the side, it should tell all about it. Don't be such a wimp
Wouldnt the ATi 46** card that you already have be the best thing to use with a Pentium 4 + DDR? I mean anything more powerful and it would be bottlenecked

Save up for new build. What both above posters said.
what they said
I'll be honest, I know basically nothing about this computer, I bought it with all the parts already in it. It's good for medium-graphics gaming, but would I have to buy an entirely new rig if I wanted one or could I just continually upgrade this one?
Build a new computer.
At your resolution, you could probably reuse your graphics card, you just won't get to play all the games out there at max.
And your hard drive can be reused if you don't need more space.

That graphics card is most likely a AGP 8x card,
