• Hissing sound on desktop using these headphones, but not other devices.

When I use these headphones on my phone or laptop, there is no hissing sound. When using them on my desktop, using my motherboard's onboard sound, it hisses, the volume of hissing depends on what volume I choose, the higher the volume, the higher the hissing. It stays constant in volume and pitch, and increases/decreased when I change sound accordingly. When changing the sample rate, which stops all sound on computer for a second while it is changing, the sound persists while changing too. What do?
It's crosstalk from a bad motherboard design, or interference from some other source. If you're using a headphone jack on the front of the case, try using the jack on the back of your computer. If you're already using the jack on the back of the computer, there isn't much more you can do other than buy a discrete sound card.
Just out of curiosity, what kind of headphones?
I'm using ATH-M50's, and they're brilliant. And I run caseless, bohb (Don't ask why) and I'm using the back ones, of course. I'll grab a cheap $20 sound card, a shop nearby has cheap ass soundblaster and prosound sound cards, should I grab one?
I despise Creative and wouldn't recommend paying for any of their products. If you can find a discrete sound card made by someone else like turtle beach, ASUS, etc. go for that instead.
