Those temps look fine to me.
Honestly those don't look like burn marks it looks like the paint is just rubbing off. How can you tell its overheating? Is the laptop actually shutting off because of the heat or does it just feel hot and you want to make it cooler?

feels REALLY hot. and it does shut its self off. i have had a fan blowing on it and i have it on power saver. ill record the temps next time its painfully hot. but the current recordings are from turning it on after letting it cool down. im pretty shure the marks are from heat. because they showed up after the first time it got over heated. though u may be right. actualy i think its a mix. the heat made the paint ware easyer.
Yeah, I heard them new-fangled laptops got too much heart in them.

This, also if it was burning wouldn't only the underside of the plastic have burn marks?

It would be warped or at the least you would be smelling burning ABS plastic.
Always make sure your heat exaust is not blocked. It is fine if you use your laptop on your bed or couch but make sure the side is sticking out because if the fan can't breathe it will overheat.
Get a vacuum cleaner and put it to the vents, I did this with my uncles laptop last night and it doesnt sound like a jet taking off now.
Remove the dust from the fan/heatsink.
If you are using it on something soft like a bed and the vents are underneath it's getting no ventilation so will overheat
