• Sound control panel not opening, all sound except Windows sounds are not playing (Win7)

For some reason all sounds have stopped, except for Windows sounds like start-up sounds and the sound of emptying the trash bin. When I try to play a YouTube video with no sound,it works perfectly, but a video that does have sound just stops at the moment that sound plays. If I try to play music with Foobar,Foobar just freezes and crashes. The control panel, where you normally switch between headphones/speakers etc just doesn't open anymore. I've tried unplugging my speakers and then plugging in headphones. It automatically switched to the headphones and normally played the Windows sounds, but other sounds aren't playing. I think it's a virus, but i'm not really sure, that's why i'm asking. Audio speccy: Sound Cards HD Webcam C270 Virtual Audio Cable Screaming Bee Audio AMD High Definition Audio Device Logitech G35 Headset Realtek High Definition Audio Playback Device Luidsprekers (Realtek High Definition Audio) Recording Devices Microfoon (Screaming Bee Audio) Microfoon (2- Logitech G35 Headset) (default) Speaker Configuration Speaker type Stereo Dutch to English translation: Microfoon - Microphone Luidsprekers - Speakers
Unplugged my speakers and restarted the computer so the sound switched to my headset. Still leaves me with useless speakers though.
Either Virus, broken sound drivers, or broken Windows files. For these 3 things, there are 3 solutions. 1. Do a scan with an anti-virus 2. Reinstall sound drivers, easy way to do this is to go into device manager, find your sound, right click and uninstall. Windows should automatically reinstall the driver after that. 3. To fix Windows files, open command prompt, and type "sfc /scannow" without quotation marks

I'm very grateful,thanks!
