not sure if this is a bad idea or not but maybe while buying from Ebay ask the seller to Remove the game from the the MK cover/case and slip it into like 2/3 DVD movie case or CD case

so you don't get fucked over with $11000 fine

Buy a Mortal Kombat off Ebay Seller ask Seller To just give you the game Disc So it will most likey get to
you also have a them put a bunch of black makers on them
