How do i lock a folder? And CAN you actually do it..? OS: Windows 7 Home premium

Password protected .rar archive should do the job perfectly well.

You could try "[url=http://www.fspro.net/my-lockbox/]My Lockbox[/url]", which sounds like what you want.
TrueCrypt is definitely a better alternative.
