Well, the picture speaks for itself, but i suppose you need some back story.
Well, i force-exited a game, and when it got back to the desktop, it was like this (minus firefox, i just opened that for comparison)

Are you talking about the Firefox toolbars? Or the taskbar (thing with the start button and clock)?

The start bar. i dont know how to fix it, and im afraid to do anything for fear of a crash...
Right click on it, then click "Lock the taskbar" if it doesn't have a tick next to it. Then drag it to the bottom, by clicking somewhere in the middle.
