Well my old TV finally shorted out and I am in need of a new one. This TV i've been looking at is being advertised as a computer monitor but capable to being hooked-up to a TV antenna. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5256652&csid=ITD&body=MAIN So can it really be used as a TV? I mean the guy in the video said yes but there was a "but" in there that kind of threw me off.
How about this, Get a computer monitor, Get a HD/Non-HD TV Tuner for your PCI slot then install Windows XP MCE or Vista Premium+ or 7 Premium+
Uhhh why would I do all that when my current monitor is just fine and I have no need for a TV-Tuner. Also I already have a computer why are you telling me to install an operating system lol.

Was that so hard? Why couldn't you understand my first post and infer it to your uses.
Because I don't need a TV-Tuner. I just want a new TV that I can hook my Cable and XBox up to. I'm not trying to record TV. I have a DVR for that. I don't want to use my computer monitor as my TV.
Oh then yes that should work fine.
Samsung has alot of TV's that are just PC monitors with a TV tuner built into it. They look fine and are good quality for their price (only because they are cheap). They are not great quality if you look at todays standars for tv's tough. Also note that that model and in fact most Samsung tv's have horrible Sound quality. I would suggest you get at 30$ PC speaker set with it.
