Is graffiti a crime or does it brighten up your block?
Crime. second its gay.
graffiti can be beautiful pieces of self expression, but thoughtless tags are ugly as shit
Depends. If it's someone just writing their name, I don't give a fuck about you please get that off my wall. If it's like banksy or some shit keep that there forever.
It is nice when it isn't about of dicks and other shit.
i think graffiti is pretty cool, but yes gang tags and stupid stuff like that is pretty damn ugly
I don't mind Graffiti if it's artistic, and there's an obvious amount of effort gone into it. Tagging on the other hand is just completely stupid and pointless.
depends, if it's a burner on the wall then it's more like urban art then vandalism. If it's just dumb shit like I WUZ HERE and KING with some shitty crown, then it's wrong.
It genuinely depends on the quality and purpose of the graffiti
This is not art: This is art:
graffiti is illegal it fucks up peoples' property it's wrong
lol that was a good joke please tell another
lol that was a good joke please tell another
convince me why graffiti is acceptable
It doesn't destroy anything, and if you want to get rid of it just paint over it. Sometimes it's beautiful and attracts customers to your business.
I think some of them are actually pretty cool
convince me why graffiti is acceptable
convince me why painting on a canvas is acceptable
convince me why painting on a canvas is acceptable
it's not against the law?
graffiti is ok as long as it's actual art and not shitty tags
graffiti is ok as long as it's actual art and not shitty tags
Quote for truth
I like graffiti when it's not retarded gang symbols and aliases. And also when it's not vandalism.
it's not against the law?
you are missing the point
most graffiti I see is on surfaces that would otherwise be incredibly ugly and depressing. Graffiti adds such vibrance, when it's done respectfully. Even tags are fine, in certain places oh look a fucking train much better
A crime? Yes, but who the hell cares? Some people are dipshits and will put stuff like this up: Which might be ugly, but it's still funny. Other people will put effort into it, and it'll look awesome, like this: I personally love graffiti and think it's a fantastic art form. If I owned a business I would let talented artists paint the front wall.
I love majority of Graffiti, but I have to say, sometime it can be stupid.
It doesn't destroy anything, and if you want to get rid of it just paint over it. Sometimes it's beautiful and attracts customers to your business.
You best be trollin. Like paint doesn't cost money and painting doesn't cost effort/money/time.
You best be trollin. Like paint doesn't cost money and painting doesn't cost effort/money/time.
It also costs the person who did the graffiti effort/money/time. Moreso of at least 2/3 of those. [editline]07:19PM[/editline] If it's well done, at least.
Yea right. I wouldn't want a smug face on the wall of my shop/whatever, even if it was well done.
Yea right. I wouldn't want a smug face on the wall of my shop/whatever, even if it was well done.
That was totally irrelevant to everything I just said.
Well my first statement was refering to:
It doesn't destroy anything, and if you want to get rid of it just paint over it. Sometimes it's beautiful and attracts customers to your business.
So I guess yours should also be connected to it. Even if spray cans cost money, if nobody ordered it it's plain vandalism.
