I would upgrade the MSI to get a 7200 RPM HDD but is the 570M over the 560M really worth it?

The MSI appears to be better on all fronts but HDD, which really is negligible if you can wait an extra 15 seconds.

I'd rather throw down a few extra bucks for the HDD, no big deal.

Are MSI laptops build quality good?

Not a question I can answer personally but I've heard good things about both Sager and MSI, so I think you picked two good choices.

The MSI has a better GPU and a 5400 RPM HDD isnt too bad and you can always buy a new one if you really find it slow.

I guess so, but when you say 10 seconds do you mean boot up time?

Boot up time and loading up games and maps and stuff like that, I used to have a 5900 RPM HDD and I was fine with it but then I moved to a 7200 RPM and i noticed a difference but not one that I really cared about.
