Sorry for making another thread, but this is also an issue.
In every program that needs the internet, it always gives me an issue that says it can't connect to the internet.
They all give an issue involving proxy servers. I was able to use Firefox by making it not use the proxy server, but my other programs won't let me do something like this.
Is there a way I can fix this?
I have a TrendNET router if that helps.
And I had to set up a static IP address for Diablo 2 and forward some ports.
I had this happen with Steam one time. I just rebooted my PC and it fixed it. How many times have you tried it?
I have yet to reboot, but I'm defragging right now, so I'll post results in the morning.

I was able to get things working again by setting my internet not to use a proxy server.
