Don't blame me my parents got it. So yeah is it good for new games on medium? Are any parts holding the rest back?
The gpu is holding you back.

What is your budget?
What is your budget?
Under $110? Not sure what a good price is
Under $110? Not sure what a good price is
Keep saving.
If you want a good GPU that's gonna last, wait until you have $250-400 or so to drop on it
Get a new power supply and gpu
Could you pull off the side and post a picture of the inside? You may need a better PSU and it will give us an idea on how much room there is for the gpu.
You will most probably need a new PSU - you can get a pretty decent one for ~60$. A nice new GPU would set you back ~200$.
