Build for My Dad

My dad wants me to build him a computer for around $1000 Australian dollars, he mainly wants it for editing photos and videos (he uses Photoshop a lot). He wants it to have an i5 because that's what I'm running and he wants 8GB of RAM (I told him anything over 4 won't make much of a difference with Photoshop but he doesn't care). Apart from that the specs can be pretty much anything.

Anyone want to suggest a build?

Actually when I used photoshop for advanced stuff, I very often ran into the error "Not enough RAM" when having 3.6GB of avalible RAM
