I don't see why it would. Knowing From Software, their games are voiced in English to begin with so there's no need for translations.
Even Demon's Souls when it was a Japan exclusive game was voiced in English.
Miyazaki said he wanted a worldwide release because day one play throughs without the wiki are amazing.

Metal Wolf Chaos never came to the US :(
They should do an HD port of it. I never got to play it because it was Japan and Xbox only but I've always wanted to play as a powersuit wearing US president fighting against his VP
