I want to record in game and Ventrillo. I know FRAPS records sound, but how would i go about FRAPS being able to record me speaking in Ventrillo too as it doesnt record my voice.
Also what progam would i use to compress the final video to make it smaller in size?

Try to make ventrillo echo your own voice?
Untick the mute on microphone in sound settings. The only problem is that you would hear yourself talking.
If you are using fraps 3.0 you can record two audio sources.
