Is there a "PCI-E Cable" that I can run out of my computer and attach to a exterior card?

Is there some form of cable I can attach to a standard PCI-E port and then run out of the computer, plugging a card into the cable?
That would still need an exterior PCI-E card port mount, even if it would work.
I'm not sure what you mean by an exterior PCI-E mount. I was thinking of a cable with that already, so I guess it doesn't exist?
Arn't they called Pci-e extenders

I don't know to be honest, just hard to find and probably very expensive.
Even if they do exist its impossible. the PCI-E slots are on the motherboard for a reason. if they are further away some sort of desync happens.
Dont know much, will have to read later.
Is your card too big for the motherboard? (No pun intended)
Yeah, it is.
