I made a mistake listing a craigslist ad and put iPod case instead of iPod w\ case, and didn't bother fixing it because I figured that anybody interested would put the price and the title together and realize that it's just a typo. I got a few people who all backed down, and finally got a spambot asking me to ship it overseas for $380 as opposed to the $280 I was asking for. I realized that because I have it listed as the case, I have no legal or moral obligation to send my iPod to the guy, so I sent him my paypal and told him I'd send it once I received payment Is there a way to transfer it to another paypal to ensure that he can't file a complaint that he didn't get anything and have the money pulled from my account, or can I just spend it right off the bat at amazon or dealextreme or something?
Let me guess, is this guy asking you ship the item somewhere to Africa?
Just said oversea, all the shit I'd actually send to him I got for free bundled with the first case I bought, so it isn't really a loss to me, just less space taken up and a possibility of getting some money for spending.
Just ignore him unless he actually sends the money. Login to your paypal account once you received a email, to ensure that it isn't spoofed.
Obviously I wouldn't send him anything unless I get the payment, he hasn't even given me an address. But is it going to not allow me to spend it until he confirms something, or will I be able to put it on my main account\spend it on amazon as soon as it's transfered? I requested money from his email and it isn't even associated with a paypal account :v:
