And it crashes my whole computer.
When I say whole, I mean whole, even desktop background is not responding, leaving me with only option of hard restart.
I had problems with it before, which I fixed by disabling Windows compability mode, but that only worked until the next start up.
I tried [B]everything[/B]:
- Delete Steam.dll
- Delete Clientregistry.blob
- I even reinstalled whole Steam (losing 200 GB of games) hoping it would work.
Nothing worked.
I'm getting really pissed since I'm not able to start up Steam for quite some time now.
I tried googling for answers, but most threads online say things I already tried or they don't have any response.
If anyone can help me out, I'd be grateful.

I may try booting it up in safe mode with networking later.
Safe mode with networking failed because windows can't load Steam.dll then.
