It's been a long time since a new Half-Life game has been released. The question is is there going to be a half life 3? Or another episode?

I think they're supposed to do Ep 3 then figure out if they should do Ep 4 or HL3.
The whole episode idea has failed miserably, so they should do HL3
What's taking them so long? I haven't seen any news about it.
