I first came across the name there, and then when I got gmod and it just kind of happened through there.

When playing Garry's Mod, my friend told me to visit Facepunch discussions for Garry's Mod if I needed help.
The Facepunch logo in one of PHX's modelpacks,googled it for fun and found Facepunch.
Gmod, went to the main site and clicked forums.
Friend linked me a thread from here and I decided to sign up.
found it linked through a gmod.com link.
Saw the tf2 server played on it for a while decided to join facepunch

Downloaded Garry's Mod 9 at filefront, and saw a link to FP. Then i lurked for a year and then registered...

I played gmod very early on, and I found the forums via that. Lurked for a little under a year then finally joined.

Was browsing files on gmod.org, found "Facepunch link: www.facepunch.com/drgdgdghhhghgh" (no it wasn't exactly that, hurr) and I clicked it.
