Something new would be interesting. If they are making a bleeding edge RPG, hopefully it has great combat, and a structure similar to Dragon Age: Origins. Origins had a nice balance of world structure; not too constricted, but not so open that you're commuting around an unnecessarily large countryside looking for Elfroot half the time.

They'd probably do what a lot of mods do and just scale up/down the Suthay-Raht Khajiit model and do the normal Bethedsa one Khajiit voice per gender.
