• Friend wants OC his processor, what software should he use?

My stuborn friend doesn't believe me that his processor won't OC very well, if at all, but yeah I don't know what software he should use. I've OCed but with a gigabyte motherboard, so it's easy stuff. It's some stock processor that came with his HP, an AMD 5000+ 2.6 GHz to be exact. So, any suggestions? He's not excepting "You can't do that..." so let's burn his processor.
You can use SetFSB, but I doubt you'd get very far without raising the voltages, which you'll need to do in BIOS. This will probably not end very well thanks to it being an OEM PC, where the BIOS usually has no voltage control and rarely FSB control.
Just skip the struggle and stick a lighter onto his CPU socket. But in all honesty, try AMD's Overdrive, it's simple enough to do what you want done.
Bios
Basic Input Output System configuration menu. If he doesn't have one tell him he is an idiot and not to expect to get anywhere with an oem pc.
