Just got two tickets when 1 week moving away from this country, what will happen?

So I threw a party, went outside to meet friends who just arrived, and bam cops are right there wanting to talk to me about the party.

I got MIP and providing a place for consumption of alcohol. They aren't crimes, just violations. But will this affect me moving away, is what I am asking. My court date is in 2 weeks while I'm moving on one. I heard I am just able to pay the fine instead of showing up and have my lawyer represent me. Is this true? I just want to leave this fucking country, I hate America.
