From what I can tell it's actually a 3,500 DPI mouse (as that's the max the sensor is capable of), and it's just interpolating the polling points to *technically* deliver 5,000 DPI to the computer. Still though, not bad for $16, but I wish I could just use the native 3,500DPI instead of the fake 5,000DPI with interpolation.
Yeah I'm 1,600 supposedly on mine, I've used 1,600 on another mouse and it was faster than this so I don't really understand this shit.
