Where do I get the plastic bit tensioning the drive / auger cable on a snow thrower?

Note: Not the exact same model, mine has two bars controlling the drive and auger cables individually

Since it's held to the pipe using a fairly wide screw and nut, I assume anything similar would work with a wide enough washer holding it. Where can I get a plastic bit like that which can hold two cables?

Bonus illustration because it's hard to dictate.

(I did, however, finish the job, looking like an idiot the entire time being dragged behind the snowblower)

For the meanwhile I just fashioned one out of sheet metal and JB weld but it would still be helpful if anyone could point me towards a reputable online dealer selling this thing
