• ATI Radeon HD 6870 Not Working With The Board

The card I have isn't working with the computer. The motherboard is a MSI P67A-C45 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 PCI-Express Motherboard and the CPU is an Intel Core i5. The power supply is 600 watts. Personally I think it's the PSU. However I need your help, the card isn't working and when I put in a crappier one, it worked fine. With the card in, when I tried to watch a blu-ray movie, it was all crackly and the image was crap. When I tried to enable the Windows aero bar, it kept on BSOD. I don't know wether the card isn't compatible or what. I think it may be the PSU as it's only 600 watts and the CPU and GPU need a lot.
600W is plenty. Sounds like a bad card to me.
Well it's been replaced twice. Both 6870's didn't work.
Make sure the powercables are inserted correctly in your graphics card. Both pci-e 6 pin are needed. And if you have a 600 watt chinese brand, consider buying a good brand unless you want to risk your system being damaged. edit: Did you also try a clean install or at least clean the drivers of your old card. The things you get are also related to bad drivers.
