What? I'm pretty sure it doesn't show up because the NPC was killed and was female, just that it's easier to see when she's lying on the ground and since she's a prostitute she has revealing underwear.
That's simply ridiculous.
I've heard that they're patching out the vaginas but leaving the dicks as is, so now its "not sexist".
No confirmation on this though.
