Dear Colleagues,
I have been told that most of the online decrypters for .pdf files are, directly or indirectly, linked to the Chinese government, so that if you submit a .pdf file to decrypt (for example, you want to ask annotations but don't know the password) that .pdf file is permanently available for review (etc. --- you fill it in!) by the Chinese government and its agents.
Does anyone know of online .pdf decrypting sites that are not run (directly or indirectly by the Chinese government and which, after decryption and downloading, allows you to permanently delete both the original and decrypted .pdf file from that site's server?
Thanks in advance to all responders,
Toukie
