Why is this funny, worth it or not the shit you're buying here for $15 is like $500 on the Steam store.

It's not like Game Maker Studio is that shit either.
It's pretty good now.
Hotline Miami was even made in it.
bought the $15 bundle since i've used gamemaker a few times before to prototype, considering the ridiculous value on that you'd be crazy not to buy it if you're even slightly interested in game development.
I missed the last sale but even now, I still can't afford it. I have GameMaker and the Android module, but I really wanted to get the other export modules and the games and their source code.
The source code is super valuable for newbies if you wanna see how stuff is done by example

I haven't really touched GM since it got picked up by Yoyo, but $15 for a full license and 4 modules? Can't pass that up.
My friend just barely missed out when GameMaker was in the Humble Bundle last time, so hopefully he'll be able to get it this time around.

Some examples aren't exactly good showcases of reasonable code structure though. A good idea if there's something specific that you can't personally figure out how they did it. In the last bundle there was the source code for Wasteland Kings -- I can't tell if it's hilarious or depressing how badly it was (and still is) put together. They aren't particularly good as tutorial material since there are some habits and styling that is inconsistent between programmers and some lack proper documentation to keep complex things digestible to a novice. Then of course there's the fact that lots of them aren't really optimized or are very inflexible in how they were created (making modifications more difficult to accommodate for someone looking to tweak it to suit their learning needs).
Every now and then, though, one of them will have some trick to what they did that at the very least will open their eyes to the concept and start working with their own spin on it. That's where the true value lies, I feel.
