Now to wait for the Android version, download it and then never play it.
i've tried a lot of emulators on mobile devices, and played a bunch of touch-control games, but to me, touch-screen-based virtual controls have never reached the utility ceiling that physical controllers possess, and they always by default have at the LEAST a moderate amount of awkwardness i'm glad it has external controller support, but it's kind of disheartening to know that with mobile devices slowly becoming less and less reliant on physical buttons and more and more completely touch-controlled, mobile video games won't ever really be able to reach the level of smooth complexity available to physically-controlled video games. of course they can be as complex as they want, but it's hard to make your virtual controls go beyond simple without being unwieldy as hell
Sooo, any chance to mod it with Hot Coffee?
Sooo, any chance to mod it with Hot Coffee?
I'm 100% sure it will be possible. GTA III and VC for mobile both have mod support.
Now to wait for the Android version, download it and then never play it.
That's what I did with GTAIII!
That's what I did with GTAIII!
I think the issue with GTA is it takes too long to play, I never play games for long on a mobile device.
I bought it and it's great. Nice graphics and fluid framerate I'm liking it! Only problem are the controls, they kinda suck
Still waiting on a Vita version.
I still haven't even bought it on my PC!
No android yet? Straight busta
they did it they actually did it i knew it, im psychic
For those android fans rockstar put a note saying other platforms will be covered next week, and no Vita is not on the list of next week's releases. Source - http://www.engadget.com/2013/12/11/gta-san-andreas-ios-out-now/
my Galaxy S2 freezes up from GTA3 at times. time for a new phone maybe
SAmP Mobile.
My N7 2013 is ready.
I want to get this for my Nexus 7 but the fact there is no kind of controller support sucks. Only Apple gets controller support sadly really disappointing.

For Vice City at least they did a really good job making it as smooth as possible.
Have you even played GTA on a touch screen device? I think that's where the awkwardness mostly comes from.

I don't have to worry as I have a tablet for mobile games so I don't know what it's like
My Windows Phone is ready
SAmP Mobile.
I would kill for this.
I want to get this for my Nexus 7 but the fact there is no kind of controller support sucks.
Yeah, it's smooth, but you've still got your fingers covering a good chunk of the screen real estate. Maybe not for most people, but that's always bugged me.
I've tried it and the controls are slightly awkward, but they made a real attempt. For one, mid-mission checkpoints are now in the game, and if you leave the app and it restarts on you for some reason, it saves at the end of every mission in the game. So you spawn right back where you ended the mission. It's better than the pc version in some ways, IMO. Graphics are nice and crisp.
