I can't remember if this is a mod or a console command but what it does is that it sends a message automatically after a certain duration of time, name of command or link to the mod would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

You must not lurk a lot but basically this is the wrong place to put this. I'm sure you're talking about Gmod so this thread would go [url=http://www.facepunch.com/forums/16-Help-amp-Support]here[/url]. As for the mod, I don't know what it is but I don't think it's a command.
